Federal approval on Jan 12, 2017! Now working on the State permit. Hope to have complete by spring 2017. Some delays have happened but we're still moving forward. Lots of support from friends, family and the local community. Can't wait to fire up the stills soon.

April/May: State and County are done! Time to begin production/testing. Hope to have a product that meets our satisfaction by the end of summer and throw one heck of a Fall Harvest Fest!
Getting closer! Production is rolling and soon we'll bottle this delicious, smooth MOShine (waiting for State approval to self distribute/retail/tasting room).
March 2017, Put the stills in place to get a supporting visual! Looking forward to piping into place and begin production. Should be anytime.
They do come as strangers and leave as FRIENDS! Thanks to everyone supporting our Distillery. March/April 2019
Aug/Sept/Oct: We put our temp-tasting building on Main St.(will get it ready for a spring opening), worked on production flow, worked on some recipes and filed lots of paperwork!!
June 2017: Tied in all the equipment and put it thru a couple test runs. Anticipate production starting very soon. Our labels are approved and hopefully we can get some jars out for some sampling. Will keep those on the "tasting" list posted (this has become a very long list lately)!

Nov/Dec 2018. Built out the tasting room. Time to showcase some Missouri Corn Whiskey!
Looking forward, we are hoping to get the Distillery up and running in 2016! The time line is being drawn. Estimate the building to be constructed in the spring. Apply for DSP (federal license) shortly thereafter. It is currently taking 3-4 months to process new permits. Fingers are crossed to have our permits mid summer and firing up the stills shortly after. Be patient everyone and thanks for all the support to keep pushing forward. I believe it will all payoff this year!
